What’s It About?

Health Movement is my brand of personal training with a strong focus on improving the health of my clients.

I do this by:

  • teaching every client how to tend to their own health
  • giving sound individualised advice on health, lifestyle and fitness training
  • sticking to my core principles
  • being honest

I offer personal training sessions for individuals and groups of two or three.

I also offer massage therapy (aka “sports massage”)

Me

My name is Zakk Griffiths.

I’m a personal trainer and nutrition & weight management advisor.
I’m also a (level 3) soft tissue therapist (AKA “sports massage therapist“).

My Background

I have an engineering degree in Materials Science & Engineering.
Using this experience I am able to apply critical thinking, mechanical analysis and independent research to my PT practice.

I have a few years’ experience with software development.
I use this skillset to produce high quality personalised training plans, and in making this website.

Health & Fitness

I have spent many years learning about health and fitness topics, and thousands of hours working with clients and training myself.

I am able to explain broadly and deeply how things work regarding health, fitness, nutrition, stress and productivity.
