Massage therapy (also “sports massage”) is an effective tool for physical and mental relaxation, pain relief, improved sleep quality and consequently improved recovery.
It should not be painful, nor leave bruises.

I have a no-nonsense approach to helping people with weight loss, muscle gain, posture improvement, strength gain, body confidence, injury rehabilitation, and preventative maintenance.
